Here’s the deal:

I learned a song years ago from a beautiful Israeli woman. Her mother sang it to her when she was little, and she had never been sick. She believed the song kept her immune system strong, thanks to the connection between mind and body.

She never told me the title of the song, so I just call it the Wellness Song.

It goes like this, to the tune of “Mammy’s Little Baby”:

Every little cell in my body is happy

Every little cell in my body is well

Every little cell in my body is happy

Every little cell in my body is well

I’m so happy

It’s so swell

Every little cell in my body is well!

The unconscious mind tends to believe an idea if it hears it three times, especially in a song, so sing it two more times for maximum de-stressing power:

Every little cell in my body is happy

Every little cell in my body is well

Every little cell in my body is happy

Every little cell in my body is well

I’m so happy

It’s so swell

Every little cell in my body is well!

Great job!

Hey, I would love it if you would post a selfie video of yourself singing the wellness song in the comments box below. It would be fun to hear it sung like an opera, or a rap song, or whatever style you like.

As you go back into your day, if you have a moment when you feel scared or freaked out or lost, try singing the Wellness Song.

My experience has been, the more I sing it, and the more loudly I sing it, the better I feel.

Let me know in the comment box if it works for you, okay?

Thank you for being here. Have a great day!
